Initially embarking on a journey as an artist, he later discovered his remarkable vocal abilities. Throughout his tenure as a middle school band director, R.J. has fostered a profound admiration for various artistic genres, particularly film. Notably, R.J. authored the highly acclaimed novel, "The Fuzzballs," which was published in March 2020 to rave reviews. Presently, he is collaborating with a dynamic and expanding team in the final stages of development, diligently working to transform the captivating world of "The Fuzzballs" from the pages of the novel, into a tangible cinematic experience. R. J. has created a substantial body of work, including multiple short films that have earned him recognition as both a finalist and a winner in various film festivals and competitions.
